What a Real Deployment Actually Costs.

No seat licenses. No hidden line items. Just three honest lines.

Every quote we have ever sent breaks down into the same three lines: what we charge to build it, what Amazon charges to run it, and what support costs after go-live. Here is exactly how each one works, with a real number wherever we can publish one honestly, and a straight answer about the ones we cannot.

How Pricing Actually Works

Three lines. That's the whole bill.

No vendor invoice has ever had a line item called "miscellaneous." Here is the entire structure, before you ever get on a call with us.

Line ItemWhat You Pay

01

Deployment

One-time

Fixed fee, scoped and quoted before a single hour of work starts.

Quoted, Not Guessed

02

AWS Usage

Ongoing

Amazon bills per minute of talk time, directly to your AWS account.

A 70-agent center runs about $624/day. Full worked example below.

You Pay Amazon Directly

03

Support

Ongoing, optional

Backup when you need it, or hand us the whole environment.

$225/hr, or 20% If We Run It

No seat licenses or hardware refresh cycles. Amazon Connect bills per minute, so cost tracks call volume, not headcount, and we do not mark up AWS usage unless you choose to have us manage the account.

Buy What You Need

Every path forward, priced honestly

Some of this has a real number today. Some of it depends on your scope, and we will say so instead of guessing. Either way, here is exactly how to move forward.

One-Time

Fixed-Fee Foundation

Scoped & Quoted

one number, before we start

The Quickstart deployment: Amazon Connect live in your AWS account in five business days.

  • One to three queues, five agents, one supervisor, templated
  • Core contact flows: greeting, hours, queue treatment, voicemail
  • One quote covers the entire scope, no change orders after

Pay As You Go

On-Demand Support Hour

$225

per hour, billed per request

Hourly backup for a team that runs its own Amazon Connect environment day to day.

  • Configuration changes, troubleshooting, a new call flow
  • A second set of eyes before a change goes live
  • No contract, no minimum, billed per request

Best Value

10-Hour Support Block

$1,500$2,250

a $750 savings over ten single hours

The same on-demand support, prepaid in bulk at a discount off the standard hourly rate.

  • 10 hours of senior engineer time, use as needed
  • Prepaid ticket holders are served first, ahead of the general queue
  • No expiration pressure, no per-ticket haggling

We Run It For You

AWS Managed Service

AWS Usage + 20%

billed at AWS's own pay-as-you-go rate

DrVoIP configures, deploys, maintains, and supports your entire Amazon Connect environment.

  • A flat 20% management fee on top of AWS's own usage rate
  • Requires maintaining a balance equal to your average two-month cost
  • Covers configuration, deployment, maintenance, and support as needs change

Real Numbers, Not Guesswork

A worked example, not a black box

A real 70-agent contact center: 4,959 inbound calls a day, a 7-minute average handle time, 578.5 hours of talk time daily.

$624/day
Base AWS Connect usage cost
$163,086/yr
Annualized over 261 working days

Figures are Amazon Connect usage charges only, straight from AWS's own published rate. Add-on services like Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3 for custom routing or reporting are scoped and quoted per project, same as everything else on this page.

Try Before You Commit

Or start at the only number that matters: zero.

We offer a no-cost proof of concept: a working Amazon Connect instance your agents can log into and take real calls on, usually set up within a few hours. See it running before a single dollar changes hands.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

It is usage based, not a seat license. A real 70-agent center handling nearly 5,000 calls a day runs about $624 a day in AWS Connect usage charges, roughly $163,000 a year, billed directly by Amazon at their published per-minute rate. Smaller teams pay proportionally less, because there is no minimum seat count to license.

The fixed fee covers the Quickstart foundation: your voice environment, queues, agent templates, and core contact flows, live in five business days. CRM integrations, custom applications, additional channels, and AI are scoped and quoted separately, once the foundation is live and you know what you actually need.

That is exactly what on-demand support is for: $225 an hour, billed per request, no contract required. If you know you will need more than a couple of hours, the 10-hour block brings the effective rate down to $150 an hour.

You are billed at AWS's own pay-as-you-go usage rate, plus a flat 20% management fee for DrVoIP configuring, deploying, maintaining, and supporting the environment. You are required to maintain a balance equal to your average two-month contact center cost.

Yes. We offer a no-cost proof of concept: a working Amazon Connect instance your agents can log into and take real calls on, usually set up within a few hours. It is the fastest way to see the platform before any quote is on the table.
