Amazon Connect

Your Whole Amazon Connect Journey, Mapped Out.

From your first call to your hundredth integration.

DrVoIP has designed, deployed, and supported Amazon Connect contact centers since 2017, when we moved our practice exclusively onto AWS after a decade running Cisco, Avaya, and ShoreTel systems. Whatever stage you're at, standing up your first queue, migrating off legacy hardware, or wiring AI into a contact center that already works, here is everything we do around Amazon Connect, and exactly where to go next.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

Start with Why Amazon Connect for the case against staying on a legacy system, then Deployment & Quickstart for exactly what a five-day, fixed-fee go-live looks like. Those two pages cover most of what a first-time visitor needs before booking a call.

Both, depending on what you need. Deployment and the Fixed-Fee Packages are quoted as a flat number before work starts. Ongoing help after go-live is available either hourly, at $225 an hour, or as a fully managed service billed at AWS's usage rate plus a flat 20% fee. The full breakdown is on the Pricing page.

Yes. We offer a no-cost proof of concept, a working Amazon Connect instance your agents can log into and take real calls on, usually set up within a few hours. If you would rather get hands-on yourself first, the DIY Call Center Kit is also an option.

Plenty. CRM Integrations connects your existing platform, Managed Service & Support takes ongoing monitoring and tuning off your plate, Chatbot Design adds a conversational layer for voice and chat, and the Fixed-Fee Packages page covers everything else, from digital channels to agentic AI.

A fixed-fee Quickstart deployment is live in five business days after scope approval. Migrations and larger builds with CRM integrations or custom applications take longer and are scoped up front, so you know the timeline before anything starts.

Both. If you are starting fresh, Deployment & Quickstart gets you live. If you are moving off an existing PBX, ShoreTel, Cisco, or another hosted platform, Migration from Legacy Systems covers our warm-port method, which keeps your legacy system live as a fallback until the new one is proven.
