The Brain Behind DrVoIP

Peter S. Buswell

Amazon Connect Architect, Certified Generative AI Developer, Author

Peter brings practical engineering expertise across telecommunications, cloud computing, and applied AI, backed by real deployments and product development. He founded DrVoIP in 2008, moved the practice exclusively onto Amazon Connect and AWS in 2017, and between 2018 and 2022 built and sold Dextr, an Amazon Connect agent dashboard company acquired by CloudHesive, an AWS Global Partner, later rebranded ConnectPath. Today he works directly with organizations, and alongside established IT firms, on the kind of projects that need expertise most teams don't maintain in house every day.
